What hours can Hound Around visit my furry friend?

We are here 24/7/365. Our primary hours are 10AM - 6PM, but with enough notice we can arrange visits for anytime on any day or night.

Can my pup be walked at a specific time?

Your pup will be walked around the same time everyday. Due to the inevitable surprises, it is difficult to promise a specific time. However, Hound Around usually provides a 1-hour time slot, so you know when to expect us.

What if I need my dog walked at the last minute?

Hound Around will do everything possible to accommodate a last minute walk.

What if I need to cancel a service?

No worries! Just let us know at least four hours before a scheduled walk to avoid incurring the regular fee.

Pawjama party reservations of 3 days or less must be canceled by the prior Wednesday. Reservations for longer than 3 days must be canceled seven days before the first day of services. If less notice is provided, 50% of the fee will be incurred.
